Application for Admission to the Residency Program

Applications

All applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and must be graduates of a dental school accredited by the American Dental Association. They also must be eligible for licensure to practice dentistry in the United States. Application deadline is November 1 for the following July 1.

The General Practice Residency Program at the University of Iowa Health Care participates through the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS). Applicants can also apply directly by emailing Dr. Uhl alison-uhl@uiowa.edu.
