DDS Program
Pursue Your Passion
Whether in the dental clinic, classroom, lab, or community our faculty, students, and alumni define the strengths and uniqueness of Iowa in everything that they do. Iowa D.D.S. training provides rich experiences to ensure our graduates possess the necessary skills and knowledge to become competent, independent dentists ready for practice.
Educational Excellence
The University of Iowa College of Dentistry is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association. A graduate of a CODA-accredited dental school who has successfully completed required examinations may apply for a dental license in any U.S. state.
Students should confirm licensing requirements directly with the jurisdiction in which they are interested in licensure.
