The American Academy of Cariology (AAC) held its 6th Annual Conference, "Caries Prevention in a Modern World: Infants, Children, Adolescents and Special Health Care Needs Population," in conjunction with the annual meeting of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The meeting was held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Hotel on May 25, 2022. 

Dr. Sandra Guzman-Armstrong, Operative Advanced Education Program Director

During the meeting, Sandra Guzman-Armstrong, clinical professor of operative dentistry, was elected as the new president of the AAC.

 

 

And three faculty members gave research presentations, including:
